FACEIT servers on CS2 are not 128 tick.
All CS2 servers, including FACEIT servers, currently run at 64 subtick. This applies to every server in Counter-Strike 2, regardless of the platform.
Many players ask if FACEIT servers on CS2 work at 128 ticks because on CS they worked at 128 ticks. This was a major advantage over Valve's official 64 tick servers in the previous game.
However, CS2 changed the server architecture completely.
The confusion exists because some players feel FACEIT servers perform better than regular CS2 servers. This difference comes from server performance and hardware quality, not tick rate.
FACEIT may use better server hardware or have superior network configurations that create a smoother experience.
I have tested multiple servers and confirmed that no CS2 server currently runs at 128 tick. The game is hard-coded to run at 64 subtick across all platforms. This is a fundamental change from CS's server architecture.
