Yes, you can 4 stack in CS2 in most game modes, but with some important restrictions.
The main rule to remember is that Premier mode does not allow 4 stacks.
Valve implemented this restriction to prevent situations where the solo player feels isolated or becomes a target for blame. Groups of 4 players often communicate outside the game, which can leave the fifth player at a disadvantage.
You can 4 stack in these CS2 game modes:
